Q. How long does it take to Process my order?

A. After your payment is confirmed, please allow 48-72 hrs. to process your order.

Q. When will my order be shipped out?

A. Once your order is processed you will receive an email with your Tracking number. You will use this to Track the location of your package until it reaches you. 

Q. What if my package is lost or stolen?

A. Unfortunately Noori Noire will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We will try our best to locate any packages lost through our shipping carrier. To assist with this also we will a signature upon your packages arriving to you.

Q. What happens if I place the wrong address on my order? 

A. You must immediately contact us at sales@noorinoire.com or text us at 404-919-2567. Once shipping labels are created customer will be responsible for any additional charges to correct address.
